Lesson Information

Koa Swim School provides swim instruction for children and adults across Maui through:

·  Group lessons

·  Private lessons

·  Semi-private lessons

·  Ocean lessons

·  Pool lessons

Lesson availability, scheduling, locations, and instructors may change based on weather, ocean conditions, safety concerns, or scheduling needs.

Payment Policy

Payment is required before lessons begin.

Koa Swim School currently accepts:

·  Cash

·  Zelle

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or scheduling changes.

Late cancellations or missed lessons may still be charged.

Lesson Packages

Lesson packages do not expire.

Packages are non-refundable once purchased.

Ocean & Weather Conditions

Ocean conditions may require lessons to be:

·  Moved

·  Rescheduled

·  Relocated

·  Adjusted for safety reasons

Safety decisions are made at the discretion of Koa Swim School instructors.

Parent & Guardian Requirements

For swimmers ages 4 and under, a parent, guardian, or supervising adult must be in the water during lessons when required by the lesson type.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervision outside of active instruction time.

Semi-Private Lesson Requirements

Semi-private lessons require swimmers to be reasonably close in age and swim ability.

If one swimmer leaves a semi-private lesson arrangement, pricing or lesson structure may need to change.

Swimming Progress

Swimming progress varies by student based on factors including:

·  Age

·  Comfort level

·  Consistency

·  Experience

·  Participation

Koa Swim School does not guarantee specific swimming outcomes within a certain timeframe.

Waivers & Participation

Participants may be required to sign additional waivers and participation agreements before lessons begin.

These waivers may include:

·  Assumption of risk

·  Ocean and pool safety acknowledgements

·  Media/photo release permissions

·  Liability limitations
